Cup O Doodle Noodles!!!

Hey there!!  Haven't posted anything here in a long long time.  Feel kinda bad :(  That's why I am here to leave something to satiate anyone's cravings for some new postage!!  Here is a little doodle I did to get into some Cup O Doodle madness.  Below that will be the underlying doodle, as well as an overlay of my interpretation of it.  Hope that you enjoy!!!  Hope to be getting a scanner soon, and put up some more stuff!!  Thank you!! :D

Animation Challenge COMPLETE!!!!!........sorta

  Hello hello there everybody!!!!!  To today marks the day that I put this daily animation challenge to rest.  Unfortunately, I was not able to do ALL of the daily challenges, though I finished most of them.  I think that I really learned a lot during this whole experience, and, dare I say it, had a lot of fun as well.  Aside from the obvious knicks and knacks about animation that I learned, I think that most important thing to take away from the experience is this:

You can not complete everything that you set out to do, and that's okay.  So long as you don't let that bring ya down, and keep being persistent with the rest of it, things will come out okay.

  Anyway, without further delay, here is the rest of the animation challenges that I completed.  I fully intend to do more of these as time goes on.  There is still A LOT that I need to work on.  Hope that you enjoyed everything that I have complete, whether they were crude or not.  And thank you very much for coming along for the ride!!  Comments and critique are much appreciated as always.  Thank you. :]

Animation Funtime!!! Week 2!!!

  Alrighty then.  So, sadly yet admittedly, I have been slacking a bit on this animation challenge.  And by a bit, I mean a lot apparently.  I'm currently two weeks behind,.....yeah,....no bueno.  I actually should have been done by today.  But oh well, things don't always go as smoothly as one would hope.

 HOWEVER, that does not mean that I have stopped doing them!!!!  I am actually looking to finish whatever I have left to do by the end of this month.  And if I don't happen to finish up, a least I have some stuff to show for my effort!!!

  Anyway, enough with the banter.  Here is the second week (cough cough) of the animation daily challenge completed.  These definitely got a bit more elaborate as they went on.  I also transition to using TVPaint about halfway through these.  Also, sorry for any that are rubbish @_@"  Thank you!!!  Enjoy!!!! :3

The start of a new week for these daily challenges!!!!  This one was fun, and a bit difficult.  On to the next.  Ill keep the remaining ones for the week under wraps until they are all done.  Enjoy.  :D

Week Numero Uno COMPLETE!!!!!!

Well here is week number one of my challenge to do one animation per day for a month.  These were fun to do!!!!!  Now to continue with the rest, since I am a little behind.  Hope that you enjoy them!!!!  Thank you!!! :D

Animation Nation!!!!!!

  So, I have bestowed a little challenge on myself: doing one animation, per day, for an entire month.  I was moved by Geoff King, who decided to do the same thing, with great results.  Aside from obviously getting some practice with the craft, and honing my skills (which have acquired some rust, I might add), I thought that it would be incredibly fun to take something like this on.

Here is a little test from my fourth day in: a falling piece of paper.  Really tried to play with the timing of this one a bit.  Get a bit of variety on the way down.  I think it was successful, but most of all FUN!!!  Hope that you enjoy it!!!  Be on the look out for some more!!!

BAYSPOLSION!!!!!

Just an animation test that I did a while ago, and decided to upload it.  The focus of this test was animating the dissipating smoke of the bomb.  It was a pretty fun test to do, and I look forward to diving into some more FX animation.  Thanks for looking!!!! :D

Frame Studies

Hello hello everyone!!!  Been quite some time since my last post.  I have been trying to keep up drawing, giving myself various assignments to do throughout the week.  Here are a couple of frame studies that I have completed since then.  These were fun to do, although I am not very pleased with them.  However, the point of doing them is to get better, which is what is feel is going on.  All in due time my friends!!!!

A little something something

  Just a little doodle that I did of the might god of thunder, Thor.  Thinking about doing a series of these with different comic book characters, since this one was so much fun to do.  Enjoy!! :D
